Now accepting applications for Year 2 of the City of Worcester’s Environmental Workforce Development and Job Training (EWDJT) program! Space is limited in this free, three-week training program that leads to four nationally recognized certifications:
- American Red Cross First Aid, CPR/AED
- OSHA-10 hour Construction Safety
- OSHA-40 hour Asbestos Worker
- OSHA-40 hour HAZWOPER
Applicants who are admitted, commit to, and attend all three weeks consecutively earn a $300 stipend upon completion. Graduates also get free job placement help and exclusive access to jobs offered by employer partners. Qualifying City of Worcester residents get a $300/wk training stipend (training stipend and completion stipend cannot be combined). Apply today!
