Applications are now open for the 2026 WooServes Summer Youth Service Institute, a 6-week youth community service program of the United Way of Central Massachusetts. This program provides teens (ages 13-18) with the opportunity to engage in meaningful volunteer work while developing leadership and teamwork skills. If you know any teens who are looking to give back this summer, please share this information with them.
Program Details:
Program Dates: June 29th – August 7th , 2026
Location: Greater Worcester
Age: 13-18
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in volunteer projects addressing local community needs
- Complete a minimum of 20 service hours
- Complete a Service Reflection project
- Attend a mandatory Orientation (June 29th, 8:45 AM – 2 PM) and Graduation (August 7th, 9-11 AM)
Application Deadline: May 16th, 2026
Selected participants will be notified by June 5th, with all communications beginning in June.
