Two ways to help Worcester youth secure summer employment:

1) Hire youth to fill seasonal needs. The Worcester Community Action Council will connect you with workforce ready youth who can add value from day one. Placements are short-term, structured, and supported.

2) Sponsor a youth summer job. For just $3,200, your business can sponsor a six-week summer placement for a young person at one of more than 50+ Worcester nonprofits that serve and enrich our community every day. Your sponsorship funds a young person at a job, giving them critical early work experience and advancing nonprofits’ community-building work.
