The workplace is changing fast. Artificial intelligence is taking on more tasks every day but there’s one thing it can’t replace: uniquely human skills. Employers are already seeking workers who bring adaptability, empathy, curiosity, communication, and critical thinking to the table.

That’s why MassHire is partnering to host the Human Skills EDU – The 5 Skills to Survive the AI Revolution, a 2.5-hour interactive workshop designed to help you develop:

  • Adaptability & Lifelong Learning – Stay flexible and keep growing as jobs and tools evolve.
  • Integrity & Empathy – Build trust, lead with honesty, and work well with others.
  • Communication & Influence – Speak clearly, listen deeply, and inspire action.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving – Go beyond AI outputs with sound human decisions.
  • Perseverance & Resilience – Push through setbacks and keep moving forward.

Through real-world case studies, group challenges, role-playing, and reflection, you’ll walk away with stronger confidence and the skills employers value most.

With 6 interactive modules per session, participants will engage in hands-on group activities, real-world case studies, and reflection exercises designed to strengthen the programs five core habits. Each session will offer the same experience, so selected participants will only participate in one workshop session.

By the end of this program, you’ll not only know how to work alongside AI—you’ll stand out as the kind of worker companies can’t do without.
