The 24th annual Youth Worker Training Institute is accepting registrations! For more than two decades, we have been providing free, comprehensive training to individuals in the field of youth work. If you are a front line staff person, program administrator, volunteer, educator, social worker, case manager, coach, grant writer or simply have an interest in working with youth, this training institute is for you. Our trainers are local Worcester leaders and our topics align with best practices in youth work. Sessions run from January 26th, 2026 to April 27th, 2026 on Monday mornings 9AM – 11:30AM at the Boys & Girls Club, 65 Boys & Girls Club Way, Worcester, MA. This Training Institute is a program of Clark University allowing participants to earn a Certificate of Completion from Clark University, along with a pathway of entry into Clark’s Youth Work Professional Certificate Program for interested participants.
